Key considerations:
- This academic calendar applies to all Diploma and advanced diploma academic programs. BTech programs shall have a separate calendar.
- The registration period for continuing students (Year 2 and 3) shall start on 10th and end on 26th January 2024.
- Prospective graduands shall make required clearance for graduation from 10th January until 01st March 2024.
- The teaching and assessment activities shall officially start on 22nd January 2024.
- For year 3 students, all modules shall be covered in semester one, while the second semester shall be mainly reserved for industrial attachment and Final year projects.
- The industrial attachment for year 3 students shall start on 08th July 2024 and end on 23rd August 2024.
- The industrial attachment for year 2 students shall start on 09th September 2024 and end on 25th October 2024.
- The call for application for new students shall start from 19th February 2024 until 18th March 2023. During this period, prospective students shall submit their online applications through RP application portal.
- From 10th June 2024 until 16th August 2024 all students admitted in 1st year shall undertake compulsory induction and preparatory courses (English, Mathematics, SCAD, Digital skills).
- This calendar refers only to normal working days. Weekends and public holidays are not part of the working timelines considered in this calendar.
