The Institut Catholique de Kabgayi (ICK) in collaboration with Ministry of Health in the framework of 4X4 strategy is pleased to announce a funded scholarship opportunities (Tuition Fees & Living Allowances for Midwifery Program and Tuition fee only for Nursing Programs).

Prospective candidates are invited to apply for the following programs:
- Advanced Diploma in Nursing (A1, Three-Year Program)
- Advanced Diploma in Midwifery (A1, Three-Year Program).
Application Period:
From Friday February 9th, 2024, to Friday February 16th, 2024.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an admission test on Wednesday, February 28th 2024.
Eligibility Criteria:
a. Two Principal Passes with at least Grade D in Biology and Chemistry.
b. Completed general secondary education studies with one of the following principal subjects: Physics-Chemistry-Biology, Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology, Biology Chemistry-Geography.
C. A2 Nurse with a minimum of Satisfaction and at least 2 years of work experience.
Admission Test and Selection process:
a. Candidates who meet minimum admission requirements for above programs will sit for an admission test.
b. Final selection of the scholarship beneficiaries will be based on the admission test score.
C. Final selected students to benefit the scholarships will sign a contract agreement with MoH to ensure their absorption into the health system after their graduation of which they will be required to serve for a minimum period of time.
Note:
Applications are invited from prospective candidates who meet the above eligibility criteria. However, only students who completed secondary school in the years preceding 2023 are eligible to apply.
