Rwanda Polytechnic (RP) would like to inform all applicants who wish to study in its colleges (IPRC Kigali, IPRC Ngoma, IPRC Karongi, IPRC Huye, IPRC Tumba, IPRC Musanze, IPRC Gishari and IPRC Kitabi) as private students in the Academic Year 2022-2023, that the online application process will open from 21st February to 26th February, 2023.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Having senior 6 Certificate/results slip or equivalence for international applicants provided by the comptent authority in Rwanda (NESA).
- Having at least two relevant principal passes in core modules/subjects related to the programs applied for in IPRCs.
- Copy of National ID or a valid passport for international applicants.
- The applicant must have an active email address.
- Payment of a non-refundable application fee of 5000RWF.
NOTE:
- The selection and admission of applicants will be based on their academic performance.
- Names on the certificate, results slip, or equivalent must match the Rwandan national identification (ID) or passport for foreign applicants.
- All applicants who wish to study at RP will do so on a full-time (day) basis.
- The applicant, if accepted, will be admitted to study what she/he applied for at any of the RP colleges, after checking if he/she has two principal passes related to that program.
- After successful application, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
- The programs and the assigned colleges to which you will apply for are detailed in the attached annex.
For the new applicants, they will use option A for those who applied before but want to be self-sponsored will use option B, as detailed in the attached annex.
